Key Responsibilites

  • Build, schedule and deploy BAU CRM campaigns across email and other CRM channels.
  • Execute personalised customer communications using audience segmentation and dynamic content.
  • Support the delivery and optimisation of automated customer journeys and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with audience selection, campaign builds and segmentation within the CRM platform.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support post-campaign reporting, identifying key insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough campaign QA to ensure all communications are accurate, on-brand and delivered to a high standard.
  • Support A/B testing and optimisation initiatives to improve engagement, conversion and revenue performance.
  • Work closely with Content, Analytics, Commercial and Trade teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and promotional activity.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, compliance, campaign governance and CRM best practice.
  • Use customer insights and campaign results to contribute ideas that enhance customer communications and performance.
  • Stay up to date with CRM trends, tools and best practices, sharing recommendations with the wider team.

What We Need From You

  • 1-2 years' experience in a CRM, retention marketing or customer marketing role within a B2C environment.
  • Experience using email marketing or CRM platforms to build and deploy customer campaigns.
  • Good understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle marketing and audience segmentation.
  • Knowledge of personalisation techniques and customer journey planning.
  • Familiarity with data protection and compliance best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality campaigns.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
