Company Description

Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed. Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. For everyone, everywhere. Sitting in the Business Onboarding Verification team, you’ll shape the future of how we verify business customers globally. You’ll balance world‑class customer experiences with regulatory standards. Your influence will extend across the entire ecosystem — impacting customer‑facing teams, platform teams, agent tooling teams and regional teams who operate around the world. Across them all, you’ll show the impact of strategic content design.

You’ll use your systems‑thinking mindset, leadership skills and content design experience to shape end‑to‑end journeys, reduce friction, and support customers getting started with Wise.

You will:

  • Shape the future of verification by setting a vision, standards and patterns to scale across a wide range of teams at Wise.
  • Own content design in the squad, developing and shaping messaging and experiences.
  • Work with design leaders from other squads to build a single, seamless experience for customers.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, tooling teams, operations teams and compliance to ensure simplicity and coherence across journeys.
  • Use your design leadership skills to elevate quality, maturity and alignment across the squad.
  • Collaborate with product design, product management and engineering partners to lead teams and deliver work.
  • Plan and prioritise work, and onboarding new content designers as we scale.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Guide teams to deliver impact and ship work you’re proud of.
  • Be hands on, leading through the work and setting the bar.
  • Elevate product and content design quality — you define what good looks like then help deliver it.
  • Support, and be part of, a talented design team.
  • Be part of a positive change in the world. We’re putting people and businesses in control of their money.

About you:

  • You’re an accomplished content designer with experience shipping complex, world‑class products.
  • You have experience in B2B spaces — you understand businesses of all sizes, their pain points and their needs.
  • You’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity — and can successfully lead groups in this environment.
  • You’re able to navigate technical discussions with engineering, regulatory conversations with compliance, and logistical requirements with operations.
  • You have an eye for quality, and know how to support designers and teams to deliver it.
  • You’re influential and inspiring, able to lead others in a culture that values autonomy and empowerment.
  • You’re a trusted partner, building effective relationships with your peers across the business.
