Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle for executive hiring, from role intake and search strategy through to offer and close ensuring that candidate and client experience are at the forefront.
- Partner with senior leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse executive talent.
- Build and manage relationships with executive search and research partners.
- Lead search firm engagement, including briefing, calibration, and ongoing performance management.
Proactive Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence
- Lead market mapping for priority and succession-critical roles to build forward-looking talent insights.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of executive talent through research, networking, and targeted engagement.
Strategic Talent Advisory
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies aligned with organisational priorities.
- Support continuous improvement of executive recruitment practices, ensuring they are effective, equitable, and aligned to business goals.
