In this role, you will lead and manage agentic workflows, RAG, tool‑calling and orchestration, that with the help of Gen AI developers.

You will raise quality and drive adoption with enterprise‑grade governance from day one, while collecting requirements, and managing technical delivery for agents across Azure and AWS, M365 Copilot/Copilot Studio, , leveraging leading Open AI and Anthropic LLMs with privacy and controls built in.

To be successful as a Gen AI Business Analyst, you should have

  • Ability to translate business problems into Gen AI use cases, define success metrics (ROI, adoption), and prioritize based on value, risk, and reusability.
  • Experience managing/leading Business Analysis for Technology projects within Investment Bank
  • Ability to manage Gen AI from ideation through Po C, pilot, and production using agile delivery, dependency tracking, and iterative user feedback loops.
  • Experience navigating technology delivery governance, risk, compliance, data privacy, and approval forums while coordinating across business, technology, data privacy, and legal stakeholders in financial domain.
  • Capability to drive user adoption through clear requirements, UX alignment, training, communications, and continuous improvement based on banker/user feedback.

Some other highly valued skills may include

  • Agile SDLC, Jira, Projects, Excel, Power Point.
  • Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation, data integration, and AI platforms (e. g., Azure / AWS / Copilot ecosystem) to effectively interface with engineers and architects.
