What you will do:

  • Own the delivery and ongoing evolution of the Bank’s marketing technology product roadmap.
  • Ensure that MarTech platforms and capabilities enable personalised, compliant and scalable customer engagement.
  • Translate MarTech and AdTech strategy into tangible outcomes that drive adoption, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable value for both customers and the business.
  • Own the product backlog(s) and delivery roadmap for defined MarTech and AdTech capability areas, coordinating delivery across one or more squads where required.
  • Translate marketing strategy and customer engagement goals into MarTech product roadmaps, features and platform enhancements.
  • Prioritise MarTech and AdTech initiatives based on marketing value, customer impact, adoption, technical health and regulatory obligations (e.g. consent, data usage).
  • Act as product owner for MarTech change, supporting rollout, release management and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Marketing delivery teams, Customer Insight & Analytics, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, Privacy teams and MarTech vendors to deliver compliant, scalable MarTech capabilities.
  • Define and track success metrics such as platform adoption, data quality, customer outcomes, operational performance, and time-to-value.

  • Strong product prioritisation and decision-making skills in complex delivery environments.
  • Ability to balance marketing needs, technical feasibility and data/privacy constraints.
  • Familiarity with AdTech, CRM, marketing automation, analytics or customer data platforms, APIs, and system integration concepts.
  • Awareness of consent, permissions, privacy and marketing governance in financial services.
  • Understanding of MarTech platforms, data flows and customer engagement journeys.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across product, technology, operations, and control functions.
