Your skillset:

  • Strong interaction and visual design craft: you excel at applying visual and interaction design fundamentals with intention, and hold a high bar for quality across every touchpoint.
  • Systems thinking: you have demonstrable experience designing holistic flows and user journeys rather than isolated screens, and you understand how your product area connects to the broader customer experience and business goals.
  • Data informed and user‑centred: you are comfortable tracking and interpreting metrics, exploring available data to build context, and using insights to inform decisions rather than relying on instinct alone.
  • Clear, considered communication: you can explain your design decisions and know how to match the format and detail level to the audience and moment.
