Working with the wider AND team, you will help define core brand positioning, target audience personas, and messaging frameworks.

Translate market research and insights into actionable brand guidelines.

Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including internal assets, one‑pagers, high‑stake pitch decks, and Google Slide presentations.

Ensure all created materials rigidly align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and overall business standards.

Craft highly optimised, conversion‑oriented visual content, including social media ads, landing pages, email graphics, and web banners.

Translate complex business concepts into clear, engaging visuals and client friendly messaging.

Support branding and logistical efforts for client events, industry conferences, and internal initiatives.

Develop and manage branded event materials.

Support website branding and content updates, collaborating closely with internal teams and external web partners to strengthen brand visibility.

Support the Content Manager with creation of engaging content for our website, blogs, email campaigns, and social channels.

Coordinate multimedia initiatives, including the end‑to‑end development, planning, execution, and promotion of company podcasts.

Assist with managing marketing projects from concept through delivery, keeping timelines, approvals, and execution on track.
