In this role, you will analyse business processes, evaluate supporting data structures, and recommend improvements, leveraging your experience across deal lifecycles, products, and origination-to-execution models.

You will use workflow and process modelling techniques with tools like Visio and Power Point, alongside advanced Excel skills (including pivots and macros), to analyse data trends and translate detailed requirements into clear, strategic insights and stakeholder presentations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will lead discussions, facilitate requirements workshops, and manage multiple priorities across business and IT teams with confidence.

  • To be successful as an Incremental CRM - Business Analyst 6, you should have:
  • 6+ years’ experience in an investment banking environment, with strong skills in analysing business processes, supporting data structures and recommending improvements; Basic to Intermediate knowledge of the Investment Banking business, products sold, lifecycle of a deals, origination and execution model.
  • Familiarity with workflow modeling and process flow modeling techniques using tools such as Visio, Powerpoint; Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point to be able to run pivots and macros to better analyze data trends, turn granular asks into high level themes for stakeholder presentations and high-level vision boards.
  • Advanced communication skills, stakeholder management skills, and ability to manage time on multiple priorities effectively; Must be confident in leading discussions and requirements discovery workshops with various stakeholders within the business and IT organization and should have strong presentation skills.

Other highly valued skills include

  • Knowledge of SQL skills to support data analysis and mining, trends.
  • Familiarity with requirements definition and management lifecycle and being adept with tools such as JIRA to manage requirements backlogs / sprint boards.
