As Group Head of Product for Retail Media, you will define and lead the Group Retail Media product strategy, roadmap and investment priorities. You will be responsible for building scalable retail media capabilities that create value for customers, vendors and banners while supporting Kingfisher's long-term growth ambitions. Working closely with Group Digital, commercial teams and banner stakeholders, you will drive the development of a unified retail media platform and proposition across multiple markets. You will lead product teams, influence strategic partners and ensure products deliver measurable commercial outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the Group Retail Media product vision, strategy, roadmap and investment priorities.
  • Lead the delivery of scalable and reusable retail media capabilities across Kingfisher banners.
  • Drive prioritisation across the retail media portfolio, balancing local market needs with Group-wide objectives.
  • Ensure products are commercially viable, technically robust and operationally scalable.
  • Build and develop high-performing product teams, creating clear goals and accountability.
  • Champion agile product practices and help raise product management maturity across the organisation.
  • Establish strong relationships with AdTech, media and data partners to influence product roadmaps and commercial outcomes.
  • Make strategic build-versus-buy decisions to maximise value and differentiation.
  • Act as the senior product authority for Retail Media across Group and banner stakeholders.
  • Use advertiser feedback, customer insights, market trends and performance data to drive product decisions.
  • Define and monitor retail media KPIs, ensuring continuous optimisation and measurable business impact.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience leading Product Management teams within complex, matrixed global organisations.
  • Deep expertise in Retail Media ecosystems, including onsite, instore and offsite advertising solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AdTech platforms, data products, media measurement and campaign optimisation.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer-facing and partner-facing products at scale.
  • Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps with multi-year horizons.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience aligning diverse stakeholder groups behind a common vision.
  • Data-driven decision-making capability with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience operating within agile product environments and modern technology architectures, including MACH principles.
