This role leads the Development Portfolio Performance and Insight team, overseeing a portfolio of strategic capital programmes, projects and strategic deliverables to ensure alignment with Heathrow’s strategy and delivery of measurable outcomes. You will be accountable for providing clarity to drive value and insight to enable effective decision-making, influence scope and priorities, building strong internal and external relationships and balancing stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of clear, high quality, insightful portfolio performance reporting that gives senior leaders the clarity and confidence to make informed strategic decisions.
- Maintain an integrated, end-to-end view of portfolio health and performance, bringing together delivery progress, risks, dependencies, outcomes and benefits enabling stronger oversight and priorities.
- Shape and communicate a compelling narrative, across a broad range of audiences, translating data into clear messages that build understanding, alignment and stakeholder confidence.
- Proactively identify emerging issues, trends and risks, using insight and analysis to drive timely intervention and resolution.
- Design and embed robust portfolio governance, reporting and PMO coordination that strengthens oversight, improves transparency and supports successful delivery of strategic change.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling messages for a range of audiences.
- Strong experience supporting programmes, portfolios or business change initiatives.
