Reports to: VP Group Finance
Location: Colt House, Shoreditch, London

What you will do:
- Oversight and coordination of the month-end / quarter-end financial close process, including reporting requirements to shareholders.
- Delivering the Group’s IFRS Consolidated Annual Report.
- Delivering the Group’s Subsidiary accounts (Local GAAP) meeting local compliance requirements.
- Leading the Group and local audit processes; ensuring efficiently managed to required timescales.
- Technical accounting guidance/support under IFRS, drafting/reviewing papers on large and/or complex arrangements.
- Drafting Audit Committee papers & board level materials.
- Driving finance transformation and efficiencies; ways of working, reporting and system improvements & utilising Automation and AI.
- Leading and developing a high performing team.
- Driving improvements in the controls & governance framework.
- Owning accounting policies, spend policies and wider-finance policies.
- Owning CSRD / UK SRS reporting requirements (when & where applicable) & supporting broader sustainability reporting requirements.
- Providing assistance to country, divisional, and shared service centre finance teams, as well as Group tax in a multi-national environment.
- Undertake other tasks and commercial analysis covering all aspects of Group Finance, including project-related work.
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Accountant with 10 years + experience.
- Working at Director level in practice or within an international / high-performing Group Finance team.
- Technically strong with up to date IFRS knowledge (US GAAP desirable).
- Ideally Big-4 qualified accountant.
- Analytical background with a solutions-based approach to work.
- Confident and motivated individual who can work using their own initiative.
- Ability to work with Excel, PPT, ERP tools.
- Experience of effectively and confidently communicating at all levels across an organisation up to Senior Stakeholders.
- Experience with M&A activity, integration and/or systems transformation highly desirable.
