We’re looking for an Experience Design Manager to lead our in‑store & colleague experiences, shaping how millions of people browse, buy, and interact with Argos every day. You’ll be accountable for outcomes that matter, including:

Essential Criteria:
- At least 3 years experience managing a design team
- Strong hands‑on UX / product / service design capability
- A experience and or passion for omni‑channel E2E experiences
- Confidence working with data, research, and experimentation
- Experience in using AI in design workflows
- Someone who thrives in fast‑moving, ambitious environments
