What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing end-to-end software delivery within Financial Services organisations.
- Strong technical background in one or more core stacks (e.g. Java, .NET, or similar) with hands-on coding experience.
- Deep understanding of Cloud technologies and modern DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated success in building scalable systems and delivering complex, high-value applications.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, driving efficiency and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for all audiences.
