As a Vice President within the Strategy and Innovation team in the Controls organization, you will define and drive a transformation roadmap across key controls initiatives. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve execution discipline, and deliver clear, executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Establish and lead program management support for transformation initiatives across the global Controls organization.
  • Define transformation roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to drive consistent delivery.
  • Advise and influence senior leaders on key decisions, trade-offs, and change approaches.
  • Build executive-level materials and narrative updates for senior management and business leadership forums.
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with stakeholders and technology partners, with a focus on delivery outcomes.
  • Support the definition of target operating models, governance, and controls frameworks.
  • Drive analytics and reporting improvements by automating manual data preparation and reporting processes.
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, recommending changes, and supporting adoption.

  • Demonstrated program and project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Demonstrated experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, define measurable outcomes, and drive delivery against milestones.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and material development.
  • Demonstrated change management experience, including driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand end-to-end processes and translate insights into action.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across business and technology partners.
  • Experience working effectively across geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams.
