We're looking for a Business Manager to support the effective operation of TradingHub’s Professional Services team. Working closely with the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) and senior stakeholders, you will help ensure that customer delivery projects are accurately tracked, sufficiently resourced and aligned with business objectives. As part of the Professional Services function, you will collaborate with SMEs, project managers and cross‑functional teams to support both ongoing delivery and future business planning. This role combines financial oversight, operational coordination, and strategic support in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery teams accurately track project progress, timelines and key milestones
- Analyse and forecast project‑related revenues, costs and resourcing to support business planning
- Identify and drive cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives (e.g. improving utilisation of cloud compute resources)
- Support forward‑looking resource planning in partnership with the CDO to meet the future project pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver firmwide initiatives and improve operational processes
- Provide insight and reporting to support decision‑making across Professional Services and senior leadership
Requirements
- Significant industry experience in consulting or a financial services firm, preferably in a Business Manager, Chief of Staff, COO office or similar role
- Proficient organisational skills and confident in managing multiple complex projects and processes simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Clear communication skills and ability to independently manage competing priorities
- Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships
- Knowledge of technology delivery and/or financial markets is desirable
