Responsibilities

  • The Associate - Relationship Management works closely with experienced Relationship Managers to increase mandates and revenue in their assigned regions/lines of business
  • Support portfolios of new and existing customers across the EMEA region
  • Provide crucial sales support to ensure premium customer service delivery
  • Prepare materials for customer meetings and support with meeting follow ups
  • Complete sales process admin in Salesforce
  • Research and market intelligence
  • Support promotion of Moody’s offerings and thought leadership in the sustainable finance market and other evolving risk areas
  • Provide event/conference support and assist with marketing initiatives and outreach
  • Direct customer interaction
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders e.g. Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Billing/Collections team
  • Actively contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives/campaigns
  • Support and train other team members and new joiners
