The impact you’ll have:
- Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, as an Accounts Payable Executive you will play a key role in ensuring that our various suppliers receive payments in line with the agreed terms, thereby strengthening our external relationships.
- Your timely and accurate reconciliation work will help ensure smooth reporting processes throughout the business.
- This role has the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Your day-to-day:
- Responsible for reconciliation of multiple supplier statements
- Responsible for reconciliation of virtual credit card (VCC) statements and merchant acquirer statement reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of KPI reports and supporting month-end reporting
- Support the management of two inboxes and the weekly payment run
- Engaging with key suppliers to resolve queries (payables/receivables)
- Supporting ad-hoc Finance Automation Projects
- Supporting other areas of the wider finance team
Your skillset:
