As our new Talent Acquisition Partner – Technology you will be a key part of a high performing internal recruitment team delivering the resourcing needs for our Technology and Digital Marketing teams, among others. You will proactively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, delivering a professional service that results in the sourcing of high calibre talent across a range of tech stacks in our Engineering, Data, Infrastructure and Test teams.

What will you do in the role?

  • Business Partnering – Identify current and future needs of the technology team and advise on market conditions and talent drivers to secure the best people.
  • Data & Talent Analytics – Provide regular and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders, interpret trends and recommend solutions, and provide market data and candidate/competitor insight.
  • Team & Workload Management – Prioritise vacancy workload, work with the sourcing team, build talent communities, and implement innovative direct sourcing strategies.
  • Talent Branding – Actively promote Jet2.com and Jet2holidays employer brand on LinkedIn and other social media channels.

Key skills / experience you’ll already have:

  • Proven track record delivering a high calibre recruitment service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Specialist in recruiting Tech & Digital positions, understanding technology frameworks and languages that fit the SDLC.
  • Excellent communication with hiring managers, candidates, and the external market.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and building warm pipelines.
  • Active personal brand on social media, e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter.
  • Creativity, persistence, enthusiasm for delivering a great candidate and customer experience, and working knowledge of best practice and regulation.
