What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the bridge between delivery teams and service operations, ensuring seamless handovers.
- Drive service readiness, ensuring everything is set for successful go-live.
- Assess and manage Operational Acceptance Criteria (OACs).
- Identify and mitigate risks to protect service quality.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Supplier teams to ensure alignment.
- Support workshops, go/no-go decisions, and transition governance.
- Create and maintain clear, high-quality service documentation.
- Design service models across incident, change, and request processes.
What you’ll bring:
- ITIL Foundation (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in IT Service Management / Service Transition / Readiness.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Confidence working with complex supplier ecosystems.
