As our Senior Product Project Executive, you will support the Product department through a multi‑year transformation programme focused on improving how product content is sourced, managed and delivered. Working closely with programme teams, technology teams and Product subject matter experts, the role will support discovery and requirements gathering, contribute to testing and implementation activity, and help ensure new processes and systems meet business needs and are adopted successfully.

What will you do in the role?

  • Build a strong understanding of current content and on‑sale processes to help identify pain points, requirements and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support representation of the Product department within the transformation programme, acting as a point of contact for relevant activity.
  • Work with Product SMEs and programme teams to help ensure business requirements and user needs are reflected in discovery, design, testing and implementation activities.
  • Support discovery and requirements‑gathering activity, helping to identify dependencies, risks and blockers.
  • Support RFP activity where required.
  • Help communicate project milestones, updates and key decisions to the Product department.
  • Prepare for project and governance meetings by pulling together agendas, pre‑reads and relevant updates to support clear, productive discussions, as required.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers and updates, with a consistently high level of attention to detail.
  • Support business testing and validation of new content solutions.
  • Support business readiness activity, including training, documentation, roll‑out and adoption, to help embed new processes and ways of working.
  • Support other transformation projects and business initiatives as required.

What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?

  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and manage activity effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across business and programme teams.
  • An understanding of content and on‑sale processes, or the ability to pick this up quickly and apply it effectively.
  • Familiarity with product information management or content management platforms would be desirable.
  • Experience supporting projects, business transformation or change programmes would be desirable.
  • Experience of supporting UAT and business readiness activity would be desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills, including meeting preparation, note taking, action tracking and following through on agreed outputs.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.
  • Process‑minded, with an interest in improving how work is done.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Travel industry experience or knowledge would be desirable.
