As a Senior Product Brand Executive at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, you will support and contribute to assigned brands or sub-brands, their portfolios and roadmaps, focusing on delivering continued growth and quality while adapting to evolving customer needs. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and evolve the brand proposition and strategy, driving continuous development to maximise performance, differentiation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns, aligned priorities, and strong brand growth.
  • Use data, insights, and market trends to optimise product performance, inform decision-making, and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Champion the customer experience, enhancing the end-to-end journey while ensuring consistent, high-quality brand delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Identify and deliver growth opportunities, including new products, destinations, partnerships, and long-term innovation to strengthen the brand portfolio.
  • Support marketing and distribution activity across key channels (including marketing, trade, and contact centre) to maximise promotional opportunities and brand visibility.
