Our Senior PPC Specialist is a high-impact role where you'll directly scale performance across our Google, Microsoft, and Apple Paid Search accounts, helping millions of customers create their perfect holiday. Sitting between our specialists and the team Lead, you will be a vital driver of both campaign excellence and team development. What you’ll be doing
- Analyse and Optimise: You will uncover the insights needed to keep our PPC accounts running optimally through robust regular reporting as well as deep-dive ad‑hoc analysis.
- Lead with Ownership: You will proactively take responsibility for assigned channel components, including communication, strategy, and budgeting. Operating independently with minimal supervision, you will manage initiatives from end to end, address challenges, and continuously pursue areas for improvement and expansion.
- Mentor and Guide: Act as a role model and mentor to junior team members. You will be the go‑to technical authority for queries and act as a deputy to the team lead, assuming responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with a wide range of teams and stakeholders across the organisation, sourcing input and support as required. You will present complex information effectively to senior leadership, articulating ideas clearly in both written and spoken form.
What you’ll have
- PPC Expertise & Commercial Vision: A deep understanding of Paid Search operations and a proven ability to manage complex tasks and projects through to completion. Your strategic and commercially‑minded approach will allow you to translate objectives into actionable strategies.
- Data‑Driven: Strong technical skills and the ability to turn complex data into commercial action. Experience with PPC automation, querying languages (e.g. SQL), or applied statistical analysis (e.g. measuring incrementality, forecasting, or evaluating significance) is a highly valued bonus.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely and help influence senior management to implement new ideas.
- Process & Time Management: Extremely strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
