As our new Product Executive, you’ll support the management of destination portfolios by assisting in the delivery of seasonal destination product plans for current and upcoming seasons on sale. You'll help ensure each destination has a suitable product mix to meet customer needs and destination requirements. You'll work with accommodation providers to support day‑to‑day product activity and assist in monitoring competitor portfolios to help identify gaps and opportunities. You'll support hotelier relationships and contribute to the delivery of co‑marketing activity and play an active role in the hotel quality management process to help maintain standards and support the achievement of company NPS targets.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support in product planning process for designated destinations, getting buy in from Contracting and Revenue to translate long‑term plans into seasonal briefs and fulfilment.
  • Be knowledgeable for your destinations and provide updates and communication to your manager, the wider business, marketing and distribution channels as required.
  • Identify, create and pitch hotelier marketing plans to deliver marketing contributions target.
  • Support product line and service growth plans, identifying opportunities within destinations to bring to market.
  • Support in the hotel quality process for your areas by analysing internal and external MI, making recommendations to drive forward improvements.
  • Continuously review your destinations commercial performance and identify actions to deliver continuous improvement and growth.
  • Support the Product Manager by providing feedback on your destination trends, new ideas and challenges.
  • Continuously review processes being used and make recommendations for improvements for your area of expertise.

What you’ll have

  • Be an excellent communicator, communicating effectively with all levels across the business.
  • Experience and knowledge of the travel industry would be desirable, but is not essential.
  • Experience of working in a Microsoft Office environment and associated packages.
  • Proficient in Excel, including use of pivot tables, formulas and formatting to produce management information.
  • Good commercial acumen with an ability to analyse performance and market data and translate insight into clear recommendations.
  • Ability to adapt both written and verbal communication style to be appropriate to the audience.
  • Ability to evaluate differing perspectives and deliver balanced, well‑reasoned solutions.
  • Must demonstrate excellent organisation skills and effectively prioritise and escalator to deliver best result for destination portfolio.
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
  • Willingness to travel overseas as required.
