As our Apprentice In Flight Retail Systems Administrator, you will join our in-flight systems team and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our aircraft's onboard technological systems. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and ensuring that the tablets, devices and card readers are fully functioning is an important part of this! You will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

What you’ll be doing:
- Asset Management of all In‑Flight Retail point of sale and hardware, including regular stocktaking and audits.
- Distribute and retrieve POS devices to and from crew members.
- Maintenance of all devices, including the management of returns of defective devices.
- Raise and manage invoice and purchase order processes for all In‑Flight Retail hardware.
- Responsible for the investigation of hardware safety incidents in line with company procedures.
- Improvement and automation of processes and procedures in relation to In‑Flight Retail device tracking, asset management and management/reporting of device procedures.
What you’ll have:
- Previous IT hardware asset management experience.
- Previous experience in stocktaking and audits would be desirable.
- Experience of managing service providers and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
