The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

You’ll be a senior commercial leader with end-to-end PÄL ownership across a defined portfolio of product categories. You report to the Product & Retail Director and work in close partnership with the Head of Commercial (Trading), playing a critical part in delivering the company’s commercial strategy and driving sustainable business growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Full PÄL ownership across all product lines and sub-brands within assigned categories.
  • Define and execute category growth strategies aligned to customer demand and commercial objectives.
  • Implement and embed a category management structure with clear ownership and governance.
  • Lead the development of commercially compelling propositions and trading strategies.
  • Drive revenue, yield and margin optimisation across the category lifecycle.
  • Identify new destination and product opportunities supported by robust commercial business cases.
  • Act as a senior commercial partner to the Product Fulfilment, Revenue, Supply, Marketing and Operations teams.
  • Build and lead a high-performing category management team with strong commercial capability.

What you’ll have:

  • Senior commercial leadership experience with full PÄL ownership.
  • Strong category management or portfolio commercial expertise.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and developing propositions at different stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Advanced commercial and financial analytical capability.
  • Experience leading teams through operating model change.
  • A strong, effective leader with the ability to challenge the status quo and continuously look for improvement.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
