Cox Automotive is transforming the way the world buys, sells, owns and uses vehicles—and we’re looking for a talented Finance Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, lead on financial insight, and play a key part in driving performance across our Wholesale business and Centres of Excellence.

What you’ll be doing As Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of key financial processes while acting as a trusted business partner. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving FP&A activity – delivering meaningful insights, analysis and financial modelling to support strategic decisions
- Owning month-end close for Centres of Excellence, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Leading financial reporting – producing management accounts, KPIs and performance commentary
- Budgeting & forecasting – partnering with stakeholders to challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities
- Ensuring audit & compliance – maintaining robust controls and supporting internal/external audits
- Improving processes – identifying efficiencies and enhancing systems and reporting
- Supporting and mentoring analysts, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborating across the business to provide financial insight that drives results
