Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of a highly customised Siebel CRM solution within a secure Defence environment.
- Take ownership of technical deliverables, applying your expertise to design, configure, and optimise system components while ensuring alignment with established standards and best practices.
- Work closely with a collaborative team to help shape solutions that deliver real operational value and continuous improvement.
- Bring forward ideas, solve complex challenges, and refine system capabilities, supported by a culture that values innovation, accountability, and shared success.
- Directly influence the performance, scalability, and reliability of critical systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop & configure Siebel solutions using Siebel Tools and best practices.
- Design & implement eScript, workflows, and technical components.
- Integrate & optimise systems using EAI, EIM, and cloud-based services.
- Collaborate & deliver alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analyse & resolve technical issues, ensuring high system performance.
- Enhance & maintain existing Siebel implementations for continuous improvement.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong hands-on experience in Siebel development, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and solution design. You will be comfortable working in secure, structured environments and able to contribute effectively within a collaborative team while taking ownership of your work.
Essential qualifications and experience:
- Strong experience in Siebel Tools configuration.
- Proven expertise in Siebel eScript and workflow development.
- Experience with Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and EIM.
- Solid knowledge of Oracle SQL.
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud environments.
- Demonstrable experience in Siebel CRM development (2017 or later preferred).
- Experience integrating Siebel with cloud infrastructure.
