Joining our Omnichannel Analytics team, you'll lead insight across web, app and omnichannel journeys—helping teams make better decisions, faster. This is a role where your work directly improves how people discover, choose and engage with their wellness.

Location & Working Arrangement: London, UK – Full-time. We offer hybrid working, with occasional presence at our London office (typically 2 days per week for collaboration and team connection).

The Role:

  • Lead analytics across key digital journeys, products and initiatives.
  • Partner with Product, UX, Marketing and Digital Trading teams to shape data-led decisions.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, conversion and engagement using advanced SQL.
  • Build dashboards that bring clarity to performance, trends and opportunities.
  • Support experimentation, including A/B test design and analysis.
  • Lead deep-dive investigations to uncover insights and drive improvements.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in metrics, definitions and reporting.
  • Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Mentor and support other analysts, helping grow team capability.

The Person:

  • Strong experience in digital or product analytics, ideally within ecommerce or customer-facing platforms.
  • Advanced SQL skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets.
  • Deep understanding of digital metrics, customer journeys and experimentation.
  • Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into insight.
  • Experience owning analysis from problem definition through to recommendation.
  • Clear and confident communication, making data accessible to different audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for developing others through coaching or mentorship.
  • A degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
