An exciting opportunity to join our Transformation Office as a Junior PMO Analyst. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, motivated and keen to learn as they begin developing their PMO skills and support delivery activities. You’ll help keep programmes organised and well‑controlled - maintaining plans, reports and RAID logs while learning established PMO standards and central Transformation processes. Working closely with delivery teams and experienced PMO colleagues, you’ll gain valuable stakeholder exposure and contribute to governance within a structured environment.
Your new role:
- Support programme planning by gathering milestones, dependencies and updates from delivery leads.
- Maintain accurate and current programme plans and artefacts aligned to PMO standards.
- Help coordinate resource demand inputs; track capacity and skills needs into central processes.
- Collaborate with delivery leads to log and track risks, issues and actions; follow through on mitigations to keep RAID content up to date.
- Compile status reports, dashboards and metrics using agreed templates and tools.
- Prepare materials for governance forums; ensure information is complete and consistent.
- Contribute to benefits and value tracking by collecting data and feeding into central Transformation reporting.
- Support continuous improvement and management of PMO tools, templates and processes.
About you:
- Background or exposure to project or change environments is useful, with large‑organisation experience an advantage.
- Strong motivation to develop PMO skills and confidence working within structured processes.
- Proactive approach with good organisation and follow‑through across tasks.
- Tech‑savvy mindset; working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, with Jira experience considered desirable.
- Interest in business‑led change and supporting delivery and governance activities.
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to collate, organise and present information effectively.
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Nice to have: exposure to Planview and/or Power BI reporting.
