About The Role

Innovation Analyst – Shape how we deliver delicious, every day. At Domino’s, your skills, ideas and judgement really matter. As our Innovation Analyst, you’ll play a key role in how we evaluate and shape new products, helping us understand what works, what doesn’t, and how we keep improving the experience for our customers.

Based in either Manchester or Milton Keynes in a Hybrid role requiring office presence 1-2 days per week, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, customer insight and commercial performance. You’ll turn complex data into clear recommendations that influence real business decisions across marketing, product and leadership teams.

What You’ll Bring

This role is perfect if you enjoy getting under the skin of data and translating it into clear, practical insight that others can act on. You’re comfortable working across different teams, and you care about understanding the “why” behind performance, not just the numbers.

  • You’ll bring a mix of analytical capability, commercial awareness and curiosity, with the confidence to explain your thinking to a wide range of stakeholders.

What do you need to succeed:

  • Strong SQL skills, with experience extracting, manipulating and analysing data, and ideally exposure to Python or similar tools for deeper analysis or modelling.
  • Experience building clear, reliable dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • A solid understanding of product and commercial performance, including sales, customer behaviour and campaign outcomes, ideally within FMCG, retail or food and beverage.
  • Ability to bring together multiple data sources and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations that support business decisions.
  • Confident communicator, able to explain complex analysis in a straightforward way, with some exposure to experimentation, A/B testing or test-and-learn approaches.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be focused on analysing how new products perform, looking beyond topline sales to understand real impact, customer response, and long-term value.

  • Analysing the performance of new products, promotions and trials, helping us understand whether they drive genuine growth or shift existing demand.
  • Using customer data, feedback and behavioural trends to build a rounded view of how new products are perceived and adopted.
  • Supporting teams across marketing, finance, product and digital with insight that helps shape future decisions and priorities.

Alongside this, you’ll also:

  • Support test-and-learn activity by measuring outcomes and feeding insights back into future launches.
  • Keep improving how we measure and evaluate innovation, making our approach clearer, more robust and more useful.

How We Will Support You

Bring your flavour, and we’ll back your future. Here’s what you can expect:

  • A clear, confidence-building induction that sets you up for success from day one.
  • Support from your manager and team, with the space to ask questions, share ideas and keep learning.
  • Opportunities to develop your analytical and data science skills as the role grows.
  • Exposure to cross-functional teams and projects, helping you broaden your experience.
  • Real recognition for great work, from everyday thank-you's to bigger moments like our Domi Awards.
