One of our platinum accounts has openings for a Value Stream Lead. This role is accountable for service and project delivery, working with a dedicated Scrum Master to ensure smooth running and KPI compliance of the operational services and jointly manage backlog of service and project work.
Role Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the service delivery and the successful delivery of projects to the end customer.
- Retains overall accountability for project outcomes (cost, schedule, scope and quality), with day‑to‑day management delegated to the Project Manager.
- Ensures appropriate governance, controls and reporting are in place across services and projects.
- Acts as the senior escalation point for delivery, risk and performance issues across both service and project domains.
- Responsible for addressing priority conflicts and resource constraints at value stream level.
- Ensures project dependencies are identified, managed and communicated effectively.
- Ensures Value Stream representation at the account PI Planning sessions.
- Owns and drives Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
- Manages and reports on Risks.
