Drive the people agenda for Technology and Digital by partnering with leaders to enable high-performing, inclusive teams and effective ways of working. You’ll translate business strategy into impactful people plans, helping to shape organisation design, building critical capability, and strengthening leadership, while using data and insight to continuously improve outcomes. Through coaching, collaboration, and talent development, ensure the organisation is equipped to perform today and evolve for the future.

Define and drive the people and culture agenda to support organisational effectiveness, including organisation design, ways of working, leadership and engagement. Partner with leaders to deliver people and ways of working change, supporting initiatives that improve business performance. Coach leaders to recruit, retain and develop talent, building high-performing and inclusive teams based on trust. Use insights, trends and KPIs to identify opportunities and continuously improve people outcomes. Shape capability plans by identifying critical skills required and ensuring plans are in place to build or acquire them. Work with leaders to identify and develop future talent, supporting career development and succession planning. Collaborate with HR teams and centres of expertise to deliver impactful people plans and continuously improve through feedback.

Experience operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, ideally within a global matrix structure. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link people plans to business performance. Proven experience leading transformation or continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge at all levels. Strong communication and coaching capability, with the ability to build credible relationships quickly.
