In this role you’ll play a key part in the PMO function providing financial assurance and enabling Project and Programme Managers to make key business decisions. Key duties include:
- Approving expenses, ensuring accurate, timely client billing and performing variance analysis to prevent cost overruns.
- Assisting with forecasting and tracking profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborating with Finance, Commercial and Senior Leaders.

Responsibilities
- Budget and cost control through weekly monitoring of labour/expenses to ensure correct time bookings and carry out variance to forecast analysis.
- Document and records management via maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date documentation such as client forecast trackers.
- Financial reporting by assisting the Project Managers with quarterly EACs and validating CIP balances.
- Support new business opportunities through financial modelling.
- Invoicing and billing of monthly approval of client billing for all costs/expenses hitting specific projects.
- Submit forecasts to clients in line with deadlines.
