As an Infrastructure Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling the successful delivery of complex technology programmes, guiding agile teams across cloud, network, and platform transformations. Working in high‑assurance environments, you will help drive collaboration, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes. You’ll be empowered to take ownership of delivery practices, foster innovative ways of working, and support teams to perform at their best within a collaborative and forward‑thinking environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Lead agile delivery across infrastructure‑focused teams, supporting programmes spanning cloud, networks, platforms, and DevOps.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensure alignment between technical teams and business priorities, and take ownership of removing impediments to enable consistent, high‑quality delivery.
  • Coach and support cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to help shape delivery outcomes, drive transparency through metrics, and introduce creative improvements to enhance team performance and delivery effectiveness.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master within infrastructure, DevOps, or enterprise technology environments, with a strong understanding of Agile delivery practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, alongside the ability to support technical teams delivering complex infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience working with infrastructure domains (cloud, networks, platforms, data centres).
  • Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro).
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Relevant Agile certifications (e.g. CSM, PSM, SAFe) are desirable.
