- Work hand-in-hand with our clients to build great digital products for them and for their customers.

- Experience new domains and new stacks as the nature of our work varies from client to client.
- Lead client accounts holistically—people, delivery, quality, and commercials.
- Ensure we’re delivering great engineering while keeping the big picture in mind.
- Help our clients best use the capability and flexibility of a consultancy partner to reach their goals sooner.
- Contribute to our internal and regional engineering communities.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Proficient in Java, with several years of hands-on experience.
- Cloud experience, designing and delivering solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
- Enjoy collaborating in an open, egoless way and are adaptable, comfortable with change, and motivated to keep learning to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
Set yourself apart:
- Proven ability to apply analytical and creative thought and translate into technical solutions.
- Proven ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience with building datastore solutions on at least one No-SQL (Elasticsearch).
