Team – Technical Marketing

Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working!

What this role is all about:

You’ll take the lead in shaping how our brand shows up across search and emerging AI platforms, owning, scaling and optimising high-value GEO content clusters that build lasting authority and trust. Combining editorial judgement with AI-enabled production, you’ll create high-quality, high-volume content that delivers real impact, grounded in SEO best practice, EEAT principles and established topic expertise.

Key Actions:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end GEO content cluster strategy within agreed topic areas, acting as the editorial lead and partnering closely with channel managers and editorial specialists across audiences.
  • Plan and deliver pillar-led content clusters (guides and supporting articles) that align with SEO frameworks, search intent and existing topic authority.
  • Ensure every piece of content reflects strong EEAT principles, bringing in expert input, evidence-led insight and clear editorial oversight.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to support your workflow, accelerating research, drafting and repurposing while maintaining high editorial standards and quality control.
  • Commission and manage multimedia content, including video explainers, to strengthen visibility across on-site and off-site channels.
  • Expand the reach of your content through syndication and distribution across platforms like Reddit and other relevant communities.
  • Continuously optimise and refresh content clusters to improve GEO performance, reduce duplication and deepen topical authority.
  • Collaborate with SEO, editorial, social (video) and subject matter experts to ensure your work is consistent, accurate and strategically aligned.

  • Strong editorial background with experience in SEO led or topic cluster content strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex content ecosystems rather than one-off articles.
  • Excellent understanding of EEAT, authority building and trust signals in modern search.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to scale production while maintaining editorial standards.
  • Experience working with video, multimedia or social first content formats.
  • Highly organised, strategic thinker with clear editorial judgement and ownership mindset.
