What you’ll do

You’ll support strategic decision‑making by leveraging detailed analysis and insight creation to drive efficiencies and improvements in FM service delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate cross‑functionally to absorb property and retail information into FM analysis, innovate solutions to technical and operational challenges, and uphold the integrity of strategy, insight, and systems to ensure accuracy and informed decision‑making across Sainsbury’s.

Who you are

You have a strong background in insight creation and project management within the FM sector. Your ability to analyse data, generate strategic solutions, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives is essential in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of FM services. With exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, you excel in collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive operational efficiencies, cost reductions, and strategic decision‑making. Experience with Power BI or Tableau would be beneficial.
