Join our team at Sainsbury's as a Concept Graphic Designer and be part of shaping the future of retail through creative communication ideas and innovative store formats. You will play a vital role in improving the shopping experience for our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be the development of creative communication ideas for New Retail Concepts and Formats. This will involve working on a wide range of projects across both Food and Non-food categories, where you will be involved in all aspects of Graphic Design, from Insight and Brief creation to final Design Concepts. You will also be responsible for managing external design agencies, specialists, and suppliers to ensure the delivery of creative solutions that set the future direction of our Brand in-store.

You are a highly skilled and creative professional with extensive knowledge of retail design trends and best practices. With experience both on the agency and client side, you have a proven track record of successfully delivering retail environments, influencing clients and management teams, and managing projects within timelines and budgets.
