Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with GTS leadership to establish and maintain delivery plans.
- Produce and manage regular project and programme reporting.
- Track and monitor risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
- Take ownership of specific workstreams and coordination activities.
- Maintain programme documentation within SharePoint and Confluence.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and scheduling activities.
- Support PMO governance processes and controls.
- Organise and facilitate project meetings and governance forums.
- Produce dashboard reporting and programme metrics.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets and reporting tools.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong PMO background with a solid understanding of project delivery methodologies.
- Experience working within investment banking or financial services environments.
- Understanding of payments, transaction banking, FinTech, or digital payments is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confident, professional, and articulate approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and global stakeholders.
