This job role is based in Cheltenham, onsite (office based 5 days per week), Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. You will need to be eligible to obtain DV Security Clearance before starting this role. You will need to have lived in the UK for 10+ years to be eligible.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide the technical direction and management for the testing and assurance of world class secure platforms, on large complex test programmes.
- Technically lead the test and assurance of a complex delivery by providing technical insight and guidance of how to achieve a high-quality delivery.
- Work directly with customers to understand and capture requirements/user stories, through to integration, acceptance, and customer sign-off, ensuring delivered solutions align to customer expectations.
- Manage automated testing solutions and provide ongoing support to team members.
- Provide technical coaching and mentoring to more junior team members.
- Line manage the team responsible for the test and assurance on the programmes you are working on.
Essential experience:
- Up-to-date and proven hands-on experience of HP ALM, Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) or similar, specifically for Test Management.
- Ability to creatively apply a wide range of technical and management principles.
- Performed highly complex work activities covering technical, financial, and quality aspects.
Desirable experience:
- Have knowledge of Security solutions or delivered a security project.
- Have Security Clearance at DV level or be prepared to go through the process.
