Our Solutions team covers project management, process improvement, business change, technology, cyber defence, masterplanning, infrastructure and procurement. It brings together people with the skills to deliver prestigious and often large‑scale projects, from transforming terminals to making big reductions in our carbon emissions.
This role supports Heathrow to deliver practical change across people, process and technology. Working within the Process, Change and Readiness team, you will shape and deliver change activity that helps Heathrow operate smoothly and meet its future needs. The role focuses on turning plans into workable outcomes, ensuring change is understood, embedded and delivering benefit across the airport environment.
Your role will involve:
- Deliver business change activity that supports operational, process and technology improvements.
- Coordinate change delivery across multiple teams, partners and suppliers.
- Support the integration of new solutions into day‑to‑day operations.
- Identify causes of operational issues and help design practical improvements.
- Track progress, outcomes and benefits using clear and accessible reporting.

- Experience supporting or delivering business change within projects or programmes.
- Ability to plan, track and organise work across multiple activities.
