What you will do:
- Create and maintain a portfolio of Commercial Banking customers, achieving this through business development and promotion of the Metro Bank brand and products.
- Build key relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Maximise the customer relationship while being compliant during customer interactions with awareness of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
- Make lending decisions to support Metro Bank’s business objectives whilst reinforcing correct operational processes and ensuring we get things right the first time for the customer.
- Take responsibility for credit risk and financial crime risk of your portfolio.
