As our Talent Operations Manager, you'll be the global custodian of our Talent Acquisition operations, owning the processes, systems, governance and technology that enable exceptional hiring outcomes.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, you'll have the freedom to challenge the status quo, leverage AI, engineer automation and intelligent design to create a world-class hiring experience for our candidates, hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners.

This is a hybrid role based at our Global Headquarters in The Mailbox, Birmingham, with an expectation of being on-site two days per week.

  • Own and continuously evolve our global Talent Acquisition operating model, ensuring it delivers consistency, scalability and commercial impact.
  • Oversee global Talent Acquisition processes, systems, governance and ways of working.
  • Shape the future of Talent Acquisition through AI, automation and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to transform how we attract, assess, hire and onboard talent.
  • Own our Talent Acquisition technology roadmap, ensuring our systems deliver an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Drive operational excellence through process optimisation, automation and continuous improvement.
  • Use data and insights to measure success, identify opportunities and influence strategic decisions.
  • Partner with the wider People Team and business leaders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that support our growth ambitions.
  • Ensure our hiring practices reflect our commitment to making the right hire, first time, balancing quality, efficiency and commercial outcomes.
  • Champion governance, compliance and best practice across our global Talent Acquisition function.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, helping One Advanced remain at the forefront of Talent Acquisition Operations.
  • Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition innovation, change and impact within a complex, fast paced organisation.
  • Expertise in recruitment technology, applicant tracking systems and process optimisation.
  • Experience delivering operational transformation and implementing scalable solutions across multiple regions or business units.
  • A passion for AI and emerging technologies, with experience applying automation or intelligent tooling to improve operational performance.
  • Strong analytical capability, using data to drive decisions and demonstrate business impact.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across Talent Acquisition, People, and the wider business.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for smarter, simpler and more effective ways of working.
  • Strong project management and change management experience, with the ability to embed new technologies and processes successfully.
  • A commercial mindset, recognising that exceptional hiring is fundamental to business performance and long term growth.
