You will act as the senior commercial representative for OneAdvanced in your region, developing partnerships that drive product adoption and digital transformation at scale. While a dedicated Account Manager focuses on practice-level engagement and sales, this role will concentrate on network-level influence, territory strategy, funding pathways, and high-value commercial conversations. This is a senior, highly autonomous role suited to someone who can navigate NHS structures, influence decision-makers, and create momentum for adoption across large geographic and organisational footprints.
Responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with senior NHS stakeholders across ICBs, PCNs, Federations, clinical leadership groups, and digital transformation boards.
- Position OneAdvanced as a strategic partner in regional programmes focused on workflow optimisation, automation, and digital‑first patient care.
- Map decision pathways, funding routes, and transformation priorities within each ICB and sub‑regional structure.
- Create and execute a regional growth strategy leveraging top‑down influence to support practice‑level adoption.
- Drive awareness and endorsement of Docman, Docman AI, Patchs, and workflow platforms at system level to accelerate uptake.
- Secure network‑wide agreements, memorandums of understanding, pilots, or clinical safety endorsements that support territory scaling.
- Partner closely with the Account Manager responsible for individual practice relationships and sales execution.
- Share insights, introductions, network endorsements, and strategic guidance to strengthen practice‑level pipeline.
- Align on territory plans, regional messaging, and customer outcomes to maintain a seamless customer experience.
- Provide deep insight into NHS digital transformation priorities, commissioning trends, and workflow challenges across the region.
- Identify system‑wide opportunities for product expansion and regional pilots.
- Act as a senior voice of the customer to product, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Represent OneAdvanced at system‑level meetings, digital boards, PCN leadership events, and regional conferences.
- Recruit and cultivate ambassadors across ICBs and PCNs to champion the adoption.
- Support creation of regional case studies, best practice materials, and success stories.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in NHS‑facing commercial roles, particularly with ICBs, PCNs, or system‑level digital leaders.
- Strong understanding of Primary Care operations, pressures, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage strategic stakeholders, influence network‑level adoption, and navigate complex decision‑making environments.
- High commercial acumen, especially in consultative and solution‑based discussions.
- Skilled at collaborating across teams and supporting colleagues delivering on‑ground activity.
- Experience working within NHS digital programmes or health technology solutions (e.g., practice workflow, automation, clinical systems).
