We’re looking for an IAM Platform Operations Analyst with hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience to join our Digital unit. You’ll play a key role in running and improving a critical enterprise IAM platform that enables secure access, supports compliance, and protects BT’s systems and data. This is an opportunity to work at scale, solve complex identity challenges, and contribute to a modern, cloud-based IAM ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Operate and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) in a live production environment
  • Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle processes
  • Support access requests, approvals, provisioning, and certifications
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis
  • Configure and maintain SailPoint connectors (AD, Azure AD, ServiceNow, JDBC)
  • Onboard applications into IAM governance processes

Essential skills/experience:

  • Hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience
  • Experience supporting IAM/IGA platforms in production
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Identity lifecycle (JML)
    • RBAC and least privilege
    • Access reviews & certifications
  • Experience troubleshooting provisioning, workflows, and integrations
  • Familiarity with Active Directory / LDAP
  • Experience with REST APIs and integrations
  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes
