Join OneAdvanced. This is a client-facing BI role where you’ll take requirements, build solutions, and deliver them directly to customers. You’ll work closely with legal teams, legal operations, and technology stakeholders to understand how they operate and where data and automation can make a real difference. The focus is on turning complex or manual processes into clear, usable insights and efficient workflows. You’ll be involved from the early conversations through to delivery, helping clients improve reporting, streamline approvals, and make better decisions using Power BI and Power Automate. This is a hybrid role based from our Birmingham HQ, with flexible working in place and an expectation to be in the office when needed, typically on a weekly basis.

What You Will Do

  • You will work end-to-end with clients, shaping requirements and delivering impactful BI and automation solutions.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for client delivery.
  • Design data models, DAX measures, and transformations for scalable, accurate reporting.
  • Develop Power Automate workflows to streamline processes and approvals.
  • Translate business needs into practical BI and automation solutions.
  • Ensure data is secure, compliant, and aligned with governance standards.
  • Document solutions clearly and support ongoing improvements.

What You Will Have

  • You are confident working with stakeholders and delivering solutions, not just building reports.
  • Strong experience as a BI Developer or BI Consultant.
  • Advanced Power BI skills including data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate and workflow design.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and gathering requirements.
  • Background in a regulated environment such as legal, finance, or similar.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with legal systems or legal teams.
  • SQL and relational database knowledge.
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 integrations.
