Responsibilities
The AVP, Global Compensation Programs will lead the planning and execution of key compensation initiatives that support Moody's global compensation strategy.
- Lead coordination of Moody's global pay transparency and pay equity initiatives.
- Support implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and other regulatory requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop practical solutions, governance processes, and implementation plans.
- Support the delivery of enterprise compensation initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Develop project plans, governance frameworks, stakeholder communications, and implementation roadmaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, dependencies, and project deliverables.
- Support the design and enhancement of compensation programs through research, benchmarking, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop compensation communications, training materials, leader resources, and change management plans.
- Maintain compensation governance frameworks, playbooks, and implementation guides.
- Transform compensation, market, pay equity, and workforce data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting materials that support decision-making.

Our team works across executive compensation, equity administration, broad-based compensation, and enterprise compensation programs.
