Trusted across the London Market and backed by Verisk's global scale and technology expertise, we're building products that are redefining how insurance is traded around the world.

The London Market is undergoing one of the biggest technology transformations in its history.

For decades, placing insurance and reinsurance business has relied on fragmented processes, legacy systems and manual documentation.

Today, that is changing – and Whitespace, a Verisk business, is helping lead that transformation.

We're now looking for an experienced Analysis Team Manager to lead our Business Analysis capability, develop high-performing teams and help shape the future of one of the insurance industry's most exciting digital products.

If you're an inspirational people leader who enjoys coaching analysts, improving delivery standards and working closely with Product and Engineering teams, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • What you\'ll be doing
  • This is first and foremost a people leadership role.
  • You'll lead a talented team of Lead Business Analysts, helping them grow professionally while ensuring the highest standards of analysis are delivered across the Whitespace platform.
  • Working alongside Product Managers, Delivery Managers and Engineering teams, you\'ll oversee analysis planning, resource allocation and delivery quality across multiple initiatives.

You\'ll provide guidance on the approach to complex requirements, remove delivery obstacles and ensure your team has everything they need to succeed.

  • Reporting into, and collaborating closely with, the Head of Platform Analysis you will ensure that strategic objectives and initiatives are clearly communicated and properly considered at all stages of the analysis process.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Lead Business Analysts
  • Creating a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, quality and continuous improvement
  • Managing analysis resource planning and utilisation across multiple projects in line with the strategic Roadmap plan
  • Overseeing the quality, clarity and coverage of business analysis deliverables

  • Experience within the London Insurance Market or global (re)insurance industry
