Your Mission
We aren't looking for a project manager to oversee AI; we’re looking for a builder to architect it. At Wise, AI isn't a side project, it's the new backbone of our Servicing engine. You will be the bridge between our massive operational scale and the frontier of agentic reasoning. You’ll have direct access to our AI orchestration layers (Credal, Gemini, Agentspace) and a mandate to move from prototype to production at Wise speed. As the engine room for our operational AI adoption, your primary focus will be to bring our AI strategy to life by building the tools our teams need.
- Opportunity Diagnosis: In collaboration with other TGS specialists (e.g. CI, Transformation Managers etc.), you will audit our most complex business workflows, identifying where 'human‑in‑the‑loop' processes can be evolved into autonomous agents that reason, decide, and execute.
- Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle: You will design AI integrations that respect Wise’s back‑end architecture, ensuring that AI outputs integrate seamlessly into existing operational tools without creating manual workarounds or 'shadow' systems.
- Leverage your SQL skills: You will extract, transform, and load necessary data from various sources to train and inform our AI agents, ensuring they are accurate and context‑aware.
