Finance Manager (UK) Location: London, United Kingdom Key Responsibilities # Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial operations for the UK subsidiary, including budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management. # Tax & Compliance: Lead tax planning initiatives to ensure full regulatory compliance, targeting an annual tax efficiency rate of ≥95%. # System Localization: Develop and implement localized financial policies and procedures tailored to the UK market, establishing a robust international finance framework. # Audit Coordination: Manage the annual audit process and ensure the timely and accurate submission of statutory financial reports. Qualifications # Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree or above. ACCA/CPA qualification is highly preferred. Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in multinational corporations. # Local Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on finance experience in the UK. IELTS 6.5 or equivalent business English proficiency. # Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and HMRC regulations.
